Short story. I bought 2 tires and had them mounted and balanced. I get home install my rims and leave to grab a bite to eat with my cousin. I get back 2 hours later to finish the car and i see one tire is flat and has a huge crack/rip. I take it to the tire shop and they think I did it. Finally they find out that it holds air just when weight is applied the crack opens and lets the air out. they replace it and put on a different tire brand and size. I had to make take it off and give me the same size. finally everything is good. what a waste of time. / rant

^ Call me stupid but I had the chance to trade my BBS RM replicas for Super Advan Sa3r. I said no because those wheels are so goddamn ugly, that and SSR Type-X.

Naw that was a long time ago. I just sold my BBS RX's. Now I'm sitting on Blades again, this is like my 3rd set lol. I wonder how those Type C's will look on my car, a local is selling his but they're gunmetal with a polished lip.

I had the same offer for my knock off esm 011 work equip 03 reps just recently. I wonder if its the same person. I didn't trade either I never liked that type of wheel even if it is real name brand

 

^ Well the guy who wanted to trade me was from San Jose and they were black with a blue lip. But yeah I've always hated those wheels, they just don't look right on any car.

Finally next week my body work will begin. I'm getting my dented pulled and fixed, shaved door and side molding(welded in) plus my fenders fixed(not sure if i want to go the jdm rice sidemarker way ) for $200 and then when they have time again It will go in to get painted(same color but i was thinking of adding lightly some gold flakes)

 

^ Lucky, I say no to the side markers, but IDK about gold flakes in the silver paint.

 

yeah idk either just ideas I have . The paint and body I'm lucky because of my dad job the rest i pay full price on

 

rear visor i ordered just came in. and i installed my 98-01 tails. hoping i can get a si-vtec lip from a fellow H-T member here.
