Its custom made and that car is from Europe.
Contact P1 at SpecialProjectsMS.com they have a lip for your JDM front with a splitter. Its not CK but def worth the money if you are interested in racing your car. If you are doing it for show you are wasting your mone.

Yeah the lug holes are lined up with the spokes, but on the real ones they are slightly off. Also, I don't know if they ever did black/blue ta's

 

Ahh I see, so that's one of the main ways to tell if it's a fake or not, with the lug holes. Alright cool, now I know, haha.

 

Yeah that and the hole for the valvestems, and obviously the stamping/stickers on the inside.

 

The lug nut holes doesn't seem to line up with the spokeS in the picture, that's just me though
