jdm one is 4-1 with a header shield on the bottom and is 2.5 it wont connect to a stock cat it needs an itr or after market cat(testpipe). usdm is 4-2-1 and just has fatter piping than gsr but connects to stock piping. IF IM CORRECT

 

Cool I see, that sounds right, and I thought I would have to get a different cat but thats fine by me. Is 75 bucks a pretty good deal if its in good shape? I haven't been paying attention to motor stuff for the past yr bc my car was an auto so motor stuff was pointless... but now that I have this gsr... I have more options lol

 

Soooooooooooo... Yesterday when I had just finished washing my baybee girl Chelsea, I went for a little cruise just to chill out and see how everything was, it had been a while since I had gone for a random pointless cruise.

So I take the highway and go to the west side, a good 20 minute drive IF you are going speed limit. Then I hit the mountains and after a good 30 minutes of taking the turns and all I get the highway back to the east side(my side of town).


So I am driving, jamming out to some Circa Survive when out of no where I see brights flashing in my rear view mirror. I stare and see that is an 8th gen EX Civic Coupe. He has his brights AND hid's on, I guess because its to "cool" to ride with both on? Idk. So I keep driving, trying to ignore this idiot. He starts tailing me so bad, I was just waiting for him to hit my bumper.

I slowed down a few times to give him the hint to buzz off, I was going 65, speed limit is 60. I even brake checked him a few times and still he kept coming back!!! So I finally had enough of it and switch lanes, to let him pass, noooooo, he gets right behind me again and I could hear him revving. In my mind I'm thinking 'do not do it, do not do it.' I could not help myself.

So I drop it into 4th just to speed up a little bit, he gets excited and gets in the lane to my right(four lane freeway). I get severely annoyed and get back into the far left lane, he gets into the lane next to me and guns it. I shift back to 5th and just cruise. He slows down, gets next to me again and guns it again. Plus he had a huge "K&N" sticker on his window, I was amused with all this.

He kept doing this for at least 5 minutes, I had enough. I drop it into 3rd, honk at him to let him know I was finally going to give in. So we go at it, he keeps up until I go to 4th, I start pulling away of course Then 5th, going 110 down the highway, and I look in my mirror and I just see his hid's and brights fading away.

I chill out and coast it and exit. I am chilling at the red light and he FINALLY pulls up next to me, he rolls down his window and tries to get my attention. I lower my radio down and turn to look at him. I was expecting him to ask what I had done to my car, I have nothing done, its stock. But instead, he opens his mouth and said the more retarded thing a Honda owner could say or ask in this case. "Hey... Honda really made an Integra?"

I couldn't help it, I busted up laughing and rolled up my window.

8th gen owers, pffftttt.

 

haha thats funny. All the honda techs at the local dealership always gave me **** when i would bring in my old 4dr. with the H and honda badges on the front and back. "HEY LOOK ITS ONE OF THEM HONDA ACURAS!"

if the itr header is jdm than thats a great price but for a usdm one idk i rather just get aftermarket headers

yea i went to honda today and asked them if they had the oem honda emblems that were compatible with a dc, first thing i hear is "why would you want honda badges on a integra its an acura" and then i said the ef badges should fit do you have any, then this glorious remark, "whats and ef, and dc" i turned around and left i wanted to smack him

What a day... I have a leak somewhere (prob the sunroof) found water under the rear seat and also where the spare is... luckily I dried it out all and wiped it out... now I gotta find where the issue is...

Is there a common spot that sunroof f*ck up at? Like their drain tubes?

 

Also does anyone have a 3rd brake light that will fit in the hatch window for a 2dr?

 

That would be crazy if you sold it for that much. **** you can buy a ITR for 8500 nowdays.
