So.. with Friday being my deadline I have to paint/polish these 92's quick! Here are some before and afters. Day 1 of my progress, and I still have 3 more wheels to go!

Before:

This picture actually makes the wheel look better than it is. Painted with flat white, and they just look dull *** hell. Hahah sorry Son!


In the Process..

Completely stripped.




I then polished the lip. I did it in lightning time btw!





All index carded up, prepped down, and ready for paint! (Don't mind the ghey *** towel and shirts.)


All primered up and ready to go.


After:

Shazam! Painted glossy white, and polished lip.

I should've took before shots and more after shots, but o' well. It started to rain as I was priming.. But this wheel is crappy anyways, its not bad, but it could've been better. On the next 3 wheels I will take more pics and hopefully they'll look better!

haha yeah my bad, what are you majoring in? i sure as hell wouldn't want to be doing 8-page essay's. i'm getting off easy i guess, but just have constant drafting and autoCAD to deal with. but it's easy enough.

got my Brembo rotors in and jsut waiting on my Hawk pads. nice little brake job tomorrow

also put on a STR 65mm throttle body today. should make things nice.

does anyone know how good the ground clearance is with the tri y headers?since my dcs got ate up from my height if my height is to low i got no choice but to raise up my car which i would not want to do. thanks

 

well my major at the moment is political science. on my 3rd semester just getting my gerneral ed done hopefully by the end of next semester

SO is it hard to paint mesh wheels cuz i kinda wanna paint my og's but they are like 92's lol seems like it would be hard to get in the cracks

Nahhh.. they're pretty easy. You just have to make sure you're painting the inner spokes.

 

imo... the 92s would look better full polished..
