hey guys.. went to church automotive the other day to have my engine checked out coz it sounds like it missing even after i changed the the dizzy (the old one was leaking oil really bad from the inside).. they did a compression test and found out that cyl 1 and 2 has low compression.. (cyl 4) 210, (cyl 3) 210, (cyl 2) 180, (cyl 1) 150... culprit are the valves ..what a headache, now I have to pull the head and off to portflow it goes..

 

**** looks good man. i woulda painted the sideskirts too but that just me.

 

i wish i could afford to get a CF hood, and some kind of black interior. sigh. so much money!

Since ur in MO just wait till winter... sadly there will be more tegs getting parted out that or spring. Black interior is actually pretty cheap around here. I don't know if you know the forum but since ur around kc you should just bc its local. its kcsr.org its the best local forum and its pretty active. I have bought and sold quite a bit of stuff on there.

Also let me know when you do it bc I have a few black pieces I think and I would sell them hella cheap just to get them out of the way bc my silver teg is already black and I am going to look at a white one tomorrow that is also already black.

correct.. I got the oem 98+ fog install manual on my labby(comes with the stencils what you need to cut out of bumper) , if you need it or want to look at it just PM your e mail, ill send it..

Josh(99si) is right, there's a lot of tegs in mo that get totaled in MO, we get so much snow here and people drive like a-holes here(im sure its not just here) but there are more totaled teg in winter than summer/spring..a lot of part out threads coming up, it snowed so much here last year in 3day, I couldnt drive my teg for a week (and the teg is my DD) it sucked! I actually had to clear out my finder wells each time i drove my car....the entire winter,lol

well were putting on a new timing belt to see if the head is still okay since the belt broke on a red light. i just hope no valves were bent
