Default Official cg squad thread

ok so i had been meaning to create the sqaud for a long time now, and it's finally here
so if you wanted to join the squad all i'll need is a medium sized pic of your car to add to the roll call below and basically that is it

i'll be constantly updating the first post so you can get your member# from there if you want to add it to your sig

and if you ever want to change pictures or whatever PM me and i'll take care of it
of course there are going to be a few rules and regulations to follow
but basically don't be a douche canoe to other members, typical stuff

haha

its a pretty clean accord, i like the bronze with polised lip, and the front lip

but victor's accord is sick, coupe front end conversion ftw,

i am kinda torn between stock sedan and a coupe conversion because me front end is perfect as is and the paint is custom and can't be matched

here's a preview of mine ... i wanna know what suspension setup Cannon Man is sitting on ... looks nice ... i'm not satisfied with my s.tech's ... i need to tuck more

</TD></TR></TABLE>

Im on GC'S and koni yellow. I got the spring rates too high because it feels like my shocks are going down the drain, but it still handles great for a pig of a car. 450f/400r

350 for the gc's I think, and a little over 600 for the koni's installed at home. If I had to do it again Id go with a full coilover set like the f2's or D2. I think the problem was that being so low and on such hard springs the shocks just couldnt cope (Im down ~4in)

gc as in ground control ? i had skunk2 coilovers [not full coilovers] and one of the aluminum sleeves split on me ... but yea the car is low enough for me i dont want to slam it but the tires dont tuck enough either yet i dont want to have clearance issues either ... life is so hard sometimes lol

hah dude, thats the best part of coilovers though. you can slam the **** out of them, or find the perfect height.. its up to you, rather than up to the springs you bought.

Right, I have no complaints about the gc's build quality. I take it to the canyons sometimes push it pretty hard and they've held up. For you Id say stay with the standard rate and some adjustable shocks and you'd be happy.
