I finally got off my *** and worked on my car. I fixed a few things but not the 2 that I wanted.
1. The starter is still not working right after I had it rebuilt. I believe that they only rebuild the starter motor and not the solenoid. Ive checked the grounding and etc but nothing is coming to mind except the solenoid. So it looks like I'm going to have to buy a new starter.
2. The Vtec solenoid gasket keeps leaking. Ive installed it dry, installed it with a little Hondabond, and some high temp gasket sealant. Nothing works. Ive followed all the write ups. Anyways, looks like I'm about to buy another one since this one has a bunch of sealant built up on it.
Uggh.. I'm not going to be able to make it to IA. I have way too many things to do: Cars/Life.

Throw back from last season.

I'm so pumped for the next solo event on Sunday. Our last one was cancelled so it's been two months since my last event which was actually my first event of the season which means I've got a lot of ground to cover to retain my SM crown.

Yeah...I've got my work cut-out for me too. My buddy and his EVO X at our largest event site with two old-timer high horse power dudes chairing the event, (they layout/setup the course). I'm willing to bet the course is gonna be straight and fast. Two things my car isn't good at.

i did it as a baseline setup and the only thing i would change right now is more spring rate. i have people at events ask me how my car is rotating so well. i used to be a firm believer in a rear bar..not anymore.

start off with zero bars. just springs. make changes from there.
