i used to have a GSR motor in my coupe as well. it was kinda neat hearing those IAB's for the first time

Not everyone has $15+k to throw at a 240wtq build that is FWD. I like going fast but I like control more, no sense in breaking tires all day.

im good Jeff. Just a litte dissappointed and down. Got thrown in the drunk tank and slapped w/ a dui. I was pulled over for "wreckless driving" because i cross three lanes to make a right. I dont see how it was considered wreckless driving, I was coming out of a garage on a one way street on the left side, and the light where i needed to make a right was about 40 yards away from when you exit the garage, and there was no traffic nor signs that say you couldn't make a right from exiting the garage and i wasn't speeding. Well, get pulled over, given the sobriety tests, blah blah blah...follow my figner with your eyes, count each fingers 1 by 1 then count backwards or whatever, balance on one foot and walk the line. I passed all that, then he made me blow, and i blew a 1.16. Suprised I blew that much considering i only had a beer and a vodka and redbull that was like 2hrs ago so got arrested and spent the night in jail. oh well...like i said earlier, my fault. just hoping the fine isnt too much. for me

Damn homie. That blows. Cops in cali are just getting to thw point where no one can even look at someone wrong or you'll get thrown in jail. As for the fines its crazy money man, the fine, sr-22, aa classes. All the stops man.

i remember when i got my first dui. same thing as u, got hold in the drunk tank, went to court. got fined 1500 bux, gotta attend 1 offense dui program/class for 3 months. and u gotta sign up for sr-22 to drive. and license suspension was for 6 month. this was in fremont so i dont kno how they do it san jo

i also got a 2nd dui. added another 1100 bux fine and another 6 months suspension, in san mateo

weaaak...well i dont pay for insurance since my car is non -op and i use my momma's car. Do i still need to get a SR-22 to get my L's? damm AA class...i've already sat thru them before when doing community service for the system. i blame the lightweights for the weak *** .08 limit. Damm lightweights!

Yea that **** sucks ***** man. Did the impound the car? I know they do that forgot those fees. And yes you'll need a sr-22 no matter what. Sucks. That's why I don't drink and drive. I did it twice and regret it......cause I don't know how I made it to work.......second time I did it was so drunk I could barly keep my head up......after those happened and I didn't get a dui I was like never again. .

dammit. how do i usually get an SR-22? you know, i was sober, i dont care what the breathalizer says and didnt do any wreckless driving at all and pass all the damm sobriety tests fine, but couldnt pass the blow test. now i really will not drive at all sober or not if i had done some drinking. damm breathalizer.
