Bad trip today Squad, my hatch and I got into an accident. My front right corner/blinker, fender, corner bumper, and front right foglight is fucked up, along with my axles that got warped in the accident. Some ******* joker hit me as I was going straight and he had the nerve to say it was my fault, and no matter how hard you look at it, it's his fault regardless but doesn't want to pay for the damage's on his shitty '87 Buick Regal I believe... I'll post pic's tomorrow morning...

Damn! That sucks Charlie. Good luck. Where was this at? I'm sure if it is his fault you'll be able to get it taken care of one way or another.

Charlie, if you got his license and his plate number I would just tell your insurance and find out if he has insurance (he probably doesn't). Luckly enough you car can be fixed with like $400, unfortunately it will need to be painted and such Sorry dog.

I got in an accident a while ago in my Z when some guy ran a redlight, the guy didn't have insurance or a valid license.. luckily, he still paid me $1400 out of his pocket(enough to pay for the car).. but I ended up having a messed up neck and back(still messed up to this day, and the accident was over a year ago).
for your sake I hope the guy drops his story that it was your fault and has insurance, insurnace companies take long enough to pay out and even longer when both parties can't agree on what happened.
