i have the bushing already. would it make a differents if i had a stock gsr shifter. its practically short shifter already?

i have a 93 sohc vtec i am tryon to get rid of and a trans that should still be good its dirty and the axle seelt needs to be changes. the motor is go for extra parts and still runs but missing some thuings
