The jdm headlights aren't any clearer then the USDM versions. and they're not daylight running headlights, thats would be within how you wire your headlights and switch, unless you were reffering to the city light which still isn't a running light, but turns on first when you switch the your headlight switch to the parking light.

JDM lights, are plastic, dont have nipples, have a city light and uses H4H bulbs.

JDM corner lenses are clear with a amber cap inside i believe. No orange reflector, and they dont stay on like the usdm, they just blink when the turn signal is used.

the jdm headleights are also made out of *acrylic resin* or something like that..which makes the lense a little darker..or smoked if you will...

 

oh wow. ok thanks guys. i think i might go with the TYC headlights. because i like the stock design and stuff but don;t like the fluted lense. also like the black housing. so voila.

also does anyone know any really good write ups for retro fits into eg headlights of any kind? i would really like to do this sometime.

 

just type in diy in search. glore it brought out by some people but it needs to be kept fresh in the minds of others.

thank you dave.......we have to keep things a certain way.......james i still remember that day. good times.

 

I think that its the best. We should post pictures of our cars in here but not if you are trying to get in the squad. Just follow the rules just like everybody else did. It was a bitch looking for the first tens names to IM them but we all did it so others should have to do it too.

So I was looking at those 1 piece TYC headlights they look really nice. I am not sure if I would do it but I would consider it. What do you guys think?
