i heard his kicks get grip like som a6's....just sayin. I think im going to get a set of r1r's to repalce my beat ad08's. also think im going to co-drive my friends stockish hatch that has a built motor.....going to wear out my yoka's for sure this weekend.
I never said it was you. Comparable in many ways fella.
Tight two lane road lined with trees thru semi rural/residential area with elevation changes and blind spots. Anything can happen man. Fast forward to 1:03 in the SHG hatch vid and you'll see that when he crests the hill with the telephone pole...he has to counter steer. Basically the same situation with the sedan...just less control in the driver seat. Just sayin'.
If that was my neighborhood and I saw it going on...I'd chase them down real quick and let them know my take on the situation.

The video I posted was of SHG tuned suspension!

But- If you chased them down, you would be doing the exact same thing they were doin right?
Everyone has played around on the streets, and most still do even though they want to be against it. I admit, its hard to not push it a little bit on the streets every once in awhile. Obviously it can be done if you know your limits (when to let it eat, where to slow down, being aware of your surroundings, etc). Most of the time people get carried away just like the 4 door in the video. Had he have known his surroundings he would have thought- Well speed + turning + elevation change= Upset suspension and would have known to slow down. "Spirited" driving and driving like an idiot are definitely two different things. I dont plan on opening it up on the streets, but I'm sure it will happen once in awhile.
Last year opened my eyes a little bit. Its not worth hurting/killing myself or someone else just to get a little rush out on the streets. It wasnt too big of a deal before when I had the Cobalt or when my hatch was only making 400ish. Even though the hatch moved out pretty decent even at that power, both cars were still "predictable".
Last year making over 600whp the car was a whole different animal. You dont realize it at the time but you really cover alot of ground when you accelerate from 60-140 within a matter of 5-6 seconds. To the flip side of that, it takes a whole lot longer to slow down..

I just watched this. Everyone has done something silly like this, I have, plenty of times. I think it is part of being a male, growing up, with "big *****". Track events changed me, I roll 60mph on the highways, now. lol.
What bothers me the most about this is, "Time Attack session". There is nothing being timed here, except video footage. People consider HPDEs, road racing, there is nothing being timed, so you are not racing. Autocross is racing, you are racing a time, balling it up in the woods, more like a Tree Attack session.

lmfao
Sick dunks yO!
So, last night during a commercial break in the Pacers' game, I flipped over to FuelTv. I am not a huge UFC fan, but I will watch it, every now and then. I flipped over right at the start of this fight. Just listen to the commentary, so perfect and classic. BOOM!

Also, I worked on the hatch a bit this morning. Mainly to put the passenger side headlight in and just to start the car. I am taking the bumper off, I look up, oh, no top bolt for the distributor. Nice!! Then, I am taking out the headlight duct and no side pinch bolt. Apparently the offs I had at Wangfest loosend up a few things.

I have been itching to work on my car too beej. I am on hold with the engine until after Saturday. Be sure to check your turbine housing bolts as well. Those tend to come loose
That integra makes me jelly.
My passenger headlight went out the other day so Im waiting on new bulbs to come in. So add that to my clutch fluid, trans fluid.

Chad Kerley, wow, done did it. I haven't watched any BMX stuff, lately, figured I would give it a go. Holy crap, I knew he was good, but he has gotten a ton better.
He has more lines than a crossword puzzle. He has more grind lines than Lindsay Lohan's mirror.
