east coast ftw! I can daily drive 800 hp if I want, as long as I keep it under 5000 miles a year in PA or I could move to wv, only have to pass an E-check (smog) in SOME counties, LOL

there are parts of pa that are like that (butler county, poconos area, etc)

 

i could do that in seattle

 

you could shoot yourself too because of the rain, look at kurt cobain, aka kurt nobrains, he couldnt take seattle weather anymore and just lost it sadly.
