Looks exactly like my old twin loop. It's a first gen USDM version for a EK/DC. I had it on a 96 coupe with JDM header, test pipe, and USDM ITR B pipe. Fit fine.

The funny thing about all this is Spoon just takes a lot of OEM Honda parts and paints them yellow, or slaps a stamp on it and call it spoon. Their radiators are made by KOYO and the Spoon valve cover is seriously painted yellow, over the red 'R' valve cover.
