Yes it will, with slight modifications to the clutch slave cylinder line and you will probably have to remove the coolant reservoir bottle. Also if your car has A/C you may have to bend the lines a little.

They did make a rear lip also they made side skirts for the SPL 9 kit. Those are password sides which are replicas of the authentic ones. Finally looks better with the car lower.
