lol im bored, so im gunna ***** out my only mugen part

mounting clips were nasty, and bolts seized/rusted in


so i drilled the old ones out, tapped the holes, cleaned up the braket and painted it all nice, and got new hardware


so until i get it painted, i decide to throw it on for the hell of it

I thought it was funny how much it resembled the top fuel del sol (my number 1 most inspirational car)




I was shocked to see it with lambo doors (even tho they match the wing now , but the wing is actually functional since its RWD), but didn't change how much I loved the car cause of everything else it had, including full mugen body kit ... but mainly this:

and I was hoping my bay/swap, even tho it doesn't compare, would make up for it as well

had the car since I was 15 (2003) and only car I ever owned/modded
so of course some of the parts are outdated/not in style anymore
i.e. the 17s
but have done a lot of updating/de-ricing recently, like getting rid of gauges/electronic

nonetheless doors are gone now (wouldn't have posted pics if they weren't )



and everyone (including me) says its the best thing I ever did/un-did to my car (maybe even more than the swap lol)

for a while I never even used them as in lifted them up and just opened them "regular" as much as possible and slipped out
but with bucket seats it was impossible so they needed to go asap, and bam...now they are gone and didn't realize how much I like regular doors/took them for granted

haha..went karting with Mike back in 2000, first time i've seen the Mugen EK cluster and full EK4 SiR interior with MF8's back then GOKOOL
