They're CRX Pro wheels. Marcus from Heel-toe has a set (the wheels and an authentic mugen pro kit). They are amazing

Marcus seems like a nice guy, PM'd him a few times. I just wish I had the cash to buy them (plus I wish I didn't live so far away - shipping is a bitch).
