Thats what I ran and they were
Of course this time I'll probly run Brembo rotors and Mu pads.

I'm not saying they suck, I'm just saying that other than the infamous "extra modulation" they don't do jack **** for brake performance. I'd rather spend $1400 on bigger calipers, wicked pads, possible the best rotors for a honda ever and stainless lines than $1490 on a set of pretty blue calipers that "increase modulation" lol.</TD></TR></TABLE>
I agree I'd never buy calipers for $1500. The calipers are made by a sick company though....Nissin

Yes but if you understand how brakes work you will quickly realize how an 11.8" rotor is superior to an 11.1", regardless of what caliper is squeezing it. The AP1/2 setup allows for a larger rotor than a spoon caliper does.

no i knew that it allowed a larger rotor, but i wasnt referring to that. i thought that fastbrakes made a kit that allowed you to run a 12" rotor on a spoon or itr caliper?

Not that I'm aware of... besides we are comparing spoon to mugen, not fastbrakes

Not exactly.
They are the same design but when looking at them side by side, the Mugen calipers have been shaved and the lever point has been lengthened for improved clamping force while using less pressure on the pedal.

Woo that's a hefty price. Thanks NIKE SB'd for the info.
Kinda looking into something 'real' lol. I had Rotas before and wasn't feelin them. Should take a month to save up I guess, then another month for tires.
