Hell yeah they do Bart!! For Metal and Mugen!!

Hung that's a good idea man never thought of that, I have a label/logo from an old JUN part stuffed down there.

Anyway, I thought I'd be the first to post up a picture of a Racing3 installed on a car. The steering wheel is genius really, it's super light, contoured like an FG360, but smaller in grip diameter so it's easier to grip, and suede, it's like a Racing2/FG360 hybrid. Without the 20 damn pounds of an FG.

The Baddest quick release ever made. If someone offered me $500 for this I'd laugh at 'em.

...and bam, the flash makes the suede look light. Sorry for the blurry POS picture, lol, I'm a photo n00b...

looks good
i want to sell my racingII now and get one too
looks really "grippy" and comfy from the contoured thick shape of the suede

i was going to say thats a BadAz QR...
who makes it?

i'll also ask you too
how do you like the feel of the new style ****
compared to the old formula ****? (assuming you had one before...)

It's a Signal Auto ball bearing QR and Hub, old school... I've only known 1 other person other then me that has had that hub, don't mean they're not out there, just haven't seen them, he also lives in the same city as me. Gambit.

The wheel is awesome and I haven't even driven the car with it yet, just the way it feels and how light it is compared to the boat anchor FG.

I like the **** too, always HATED the stick sex toy one that has no weight at all to it.

While we're on the topic of anniversaries, anyone want to share their opinion on refinishing them and how horrible it would be to do a different color?

the closest color I have been able to find is this

I think nathanong87 also had his rims anodized the same color teal.

You can go w/ that (which is what I'm going to do once I get some money) or take the rim to a paint store and have the mix colors until they get the closest match.
But anodize would be the only <U>real</U> finish that will keep the rims almost as original as before.

Here is were nathanong87s' rims got done @

The way I see it, if you're going to get them refinished, you may as well do them how you would like them. Blue, red, purple, whatever...

Yes, there is something to be said for keeping things original and as they are, but if they need repair then repair them however you'd like.

In my experience being trendy is expensive, so although right now you may want to paint your MR5's the anniversary color, next year you may hate the blue/teal color and wish you never painted them...</TD></TR></TABLE>

hell yeah

you should see whats about to happen to mine

generally speaking the signal auto quick releases are not discontinued by any means and are still currently being made and sell for $290

i just happened to get one a few days ago (i think someone is copying my style, j/k)

the shop has a confirmed two left. after that it will take a couple of months to get others. if you pay, you will get one. there not in stock alot of the times but getting one is no problem. 1-2 months.

hope this helps thoughs that thought these were discontinued or otherwise non available.

as of a few days ago only two left at the torrance shop.

It sounded like he was talking about the steering hub, not quick release... But I could be wrong. Great looking piece though
