I would buy mugen, even if it had 1,000,000 LED's , chrome paint on the bumper and it played the theme song to wizard of oz when I drove around.

Must of Mugen's stuff looks great, but i personally think the Mugen bumper for that year looks like a bag of ***. IF he likes it, then cool for him. I'm not bashing him or even the bumper for that reason. I just would prefer to NOT get that bumper. But this is one more reason I own integras and not civics.
