I don't have the exact, but I can tell you what is different between the gen2 I had and the gen1 seen in pics.
1. Gen2 works with ABS...Gen1 doesn't
2. Gen2 has a built-in velocity stack....Gen1 doesn't
3. Gen2's box doesn't come apart like the Gen1. The filter is taken out from the backside
4. From the photos I have seen, there is more piping on the Gen2 and a flare on the end of its pipe.
5. Gen2 uses a filter that comes to a point...Gen1 uses a regular K&N filter with the metal tube coming out.
There could be more, but the simple fact is what do you want the intake for. If its to say you have Gen1 stuff and show it off, then Gen1 is for you. If you want a better performer and better design and want to keep your ABS get the Gen2.
The intake are like the spoilers, the Gen1 is nice and has some function to it. But the Gen2 was updated for a reason and went with a different design for better performance. </TD></TR></TABLE>
Same with the strut bars, and pretty much every other part. Updated for a reason.

Where is this velocity stack? I have yet to see one, but then again I have only seen pics of the Gen1 intake. I would love to see some pics of it.
