Rare, yes. Value? Whatever you can get someone to pay for it.

Not at the moment but I have been thinking about it lately... but I dunno if I want to ditch the mugen 4-1+ twinloop to do the N1. I might just be a bitch and get both, since that's normally what I do when I can't makeup my mind.

OT: Yes, that J's axle-back posted a page or so back is rare, and i sold it for a decent price. As far as i know, only one of its kind in the US, just like my other J's exhaust

but back to mugen....i know someone has to have that EK fuel tank cover thing

That's not true, Rhett ran an RSR exmag GTII on his for for a few years and it's basically the exact same design. Bolts to the lower half of the ehaust mani and goes STRAIGHT back no bends until the end.

Well if you really want I can go take a pic of Rhett's exhaust it's striaght as an arrow, only 1 kink in the whole exhaust right at the end exactly how the mugen one is. I really can't see having to take the tank out, I think that's just hearsay. I don't personally know anyone that has ever actually mounted the mugen exhaust on a car to prove or disprove this. But I think it should fit fine. It will definately be close to the ground and scrape over anything, but I think it will fit.

Okay so for comparison's sake here is the mugen-

And here is the RSR which is an older style, I don't know if they still make this one because it was originally manifold-down just like the mugen (Rhett had it modified to remove the down-pipe portion so he could run a header)-

Granted the mugen does have a small resonator, but still it only adds maybe an inch to it's height and I'm pretty damn sure that you could easily fit a hockey puck between Rhett's exhaust and his gas tank.

Resonator on mugen-
