i usually browse ebay yahoo and every forum every other day in chance of finding the 96-00 mugen ss poiler for 4dr civic. i have the lip already im trying to complete th set. such an expensive hobby to have haha

Actually it's pretty common for 86-89 tegs, since the mugen wing was a dealer option in the latter years. I have heard of 5 wings being found in junyards, 3 of which were still in pristine un-painted condition.
