edit: just googled and see they made sets for 100 and 114.3

 

They're 4x100 I had them on my shuttle for a bit before refurbing them.

13" rims probably won't fit on 96-00 civic brakes.

 

I'll have to double check but I read somewhere someone slapped on the VX rims on the 96-00 civics. Regardless, if I ever found a set of 14's in mint condition I'll probably scoop them up.
