Would anyone know what spacer you would run with a +42 offset With mugen mf10's when using spoon brakes?

what rims?

clearing calipers has to do with more than just offset and the amount of misinformation out there is endless not excluding this thread lol. The other day I read on a spoon caliper thread that +45 16x7 regas clear spoon brakes but my 16x7, +45 do not clear the calipers. Actually, it did clear the calipers but the not the spoon writing haha. So basically, spoke design is important too not just offset.
