Well unfortunately I'm actually already 20 and as much as I've tried to acknowledge and learn that lesson, I still have failed to fully and successfully practice it

Everyone tells me the same thing about savings and do my best to keep my bank account balance progressively higher and never drain it down to its minimum, but some how it always fluctuates and end up where I started

Problem is I'm not consistant and have periods of stingyness/savings followed by a period of splurging so it just cancels itself out

Godo thing is I never spend money I don't already have or know that I am certain to get and when upgrading parts to something newer/better I sell the old so its more like a trade plus cash instead of just buying it outright and less from my pocket. i.e. selling volks for mugens and just paying the difference instead of having 2 sets of wheels

True about young people that don't have other bills so feel no need to save and can dump their paycheck and just work for their cars and live comfortably and not worry about anything else (but thats not the case for you)

Basically even after admitting how stupid it is to dump so much money in this sport and into a silly old sport compact that by now could of bought a much nicer stock car, I still do it cause its my hobby and keeps me happy and motivated to work hard

(J's tipo magazine) lol i have it, my buddy from japan sent me a copy! lol its at my dads house in my closet chillin!!! lol the mag shots above were copied from nwp4life... why've you been looking for??? your car's in it too?
