Man honestly I was probably going 90mph, his lidar gun was shooting me from a lower elevation and diagonally, and stuff on youtube/the internet leads me to believe that the "sweep" effect the lidar gun companies talk about in their manuals had a part to play in what happened. There's some sweep effect stuff on youtube that shows how it can affect accuracy...one video showed a gun clocking a parked Evo going 85mph, lol.

Whatever though, everyone gets a speeding ticket at some point. At least now I'm promoted and make a bit more change, lol.
