I know that it'll start without one, I meant if the wire touched ground, because I cut mine just to extend it to fit the 2 piece of my headers.

 

Alright, so I took off my O2 Sensor earlier this morning and that didn't fix the problem. So I'm thinking it might be my fuel pump. You still up to help me change my fuel pump Jesse?

 

Dang still haven't figured it out. Did u try to change ur distributor and timing. How bout changing ur fuel filter. Trying to thing of other eaiser ways to fix it. Fuel pump would be my last since u have to drop ur fuel tank. Hope u don't have a full tank cause that would suck. When u guys gonna work on ur car. Let me know ill try to come through if I'm no working.

Nah, I haven't tried checking my distributor yet. I'm pretty sure my timing is koo right now, because I checked it. So, yeah it might be my fuel pump.

 

I have a question, would my DA after market headers fit on a auto DC?

 

I think It should. Everything the same except for the tranny part.

 

The tranny wouldn't be in the way, would it?

im taylor, one of jesse's friends. so it wouldnt start right after you cut your 02 wire? and when u cut it the battery was un plugged ya?

 

Oh w'sup, I'm Makhara. Nah, my car ran fine after I cut my O2 wire. I really think that it might be my fuel pump though.

I don't know if I can say next week, because I might go to Randy's thing in Stockton, if not I'm going to SF to meet this girl I'm talking to.

 

check for spark, and if its sparking, its fuel. just smell one of your spark plugs after trying to crank it.

 

Jesse said pull out the wire and put it near the valve cover and look for spark, I just did that and there isn't any spark. So, it might be my dizzy?

Ok, I'm confused, how would i check it?

 

for spark, pull a wire and a plug, stick the plug into the end of the plug wire and touch the threaded part to the valve cover, then have someone try to start it.. youll see a spark or not. just make sure its grounded. and for the fuel, you can smell it when you pull the plugs out. just be sure to woft.hahaha. dont stick your nose down there.. haha

 

That sounds like hella work. You have take out the plugs too? Do I need to wear anything just incase of getting shocked?
