I've had a gut since the third grade...college+beer added probably 25lbs...I've been going to the gym, gaining muscle, eating better but i cant lose fat. I'm thinking about taking stackers but I'm not really a fan of supplements.

I lift...i dont bench at all lol i do some stuff my roommate at school taught me, dont know the name of everything lol i'm not one for working out, i'm new to this.
I walk alot at my job...probably 5 miles/day. I do security at a 1.5 mile wide theme park, i'm always walking.

I've started doing my chest, shoulders and triceps on Monday, with a 10 minute warm up at a decent pace on a stationary bike, and end my work out with 20 minutes of trying to keep my heart rate above 160 and a 5 minute cooldown.
Tuesdays are abs.
Today is upper back, biceps and the same warm up and cardio session.
Thursday is lower back.
Friday is legs and I haven't decided yet how far I'm going to push cardio on Fridays because doing legs kinda sucks for trying to ride a bike or run.

Josh you have no idea how much I used to eat...I used to eat a 10" meatball sub from wawa, drink a mt dew and have a bag of ritz bitz everyday for lunch. I'd eat like 4 slices of pizza for dinner and drink coke...now I get a 6" sub, drink water, cut back on servings, eat a snack here or there occasionally...and I'm out moving around more. I swear taking an office job with my dad was one of the worst decisions I've ever made health wise...I just sit all day.
