Have you seen them set up side-by-side, like display models in the store?
I've heard more good things about Dynex than Insignia. I guess it's more personal preference as I'm sure they're both pretty comparable.
I would say might as well just swing to the Insignia if you're absolutely set between the two.
I know that for around $400 though you can get a nice samsung 32" 720p 120Hz as that's what I have and I love it. The picture is great and xbox is most excellent.

not sure how i feel about samsung right now, fuccin 40" led **** was only 6 months old before i had to return it for warranty work.
