Another great looking hatch! I've been thinking about getting an '01 2.5 RS and eventually doing a STi swap. I love the sound, the AWD, the practicality during the winters, did I mention the sound? My EG will always remain as my favorite car, but a part of me feels I should move on. The sad part is it's probably only worth $4500.
I pretty much lost interest in my hatch 3 years ago when I bought my house, but can't bring myself to sell it. I just don't have the money to throw at it like I wish I could.....

I need about $5K to "finish" my car to my liking. The only problem is I'm only able to set aside $75-$100/ month.... Saving for plane tickets for a vacation, saving for stupid Christmas presents, and saving to upgrade some things on our house takes up almost all of our expendable income.
Meeting up with some friends to cruise to a local BMW charity car show a couple months ago. Took home best Honda out of about 5 cars.... The black Jetta in the garage won "best other euro" and the orange E21 got 2nd place "classic BMW."

Being an adult blows sometimes..... Oh to be 17 again and spending 90% of my pay on engine parts, suspension parts, tires, axles, speeding tickets and trips to the racetrack.
Being in Cali you oughtta be able to find a clean shell to swap all your stuff over to... Did you have full coverage or is the lady who hit you covering replacement costs? If you have receipts and lots of pictures of the parts you purchased for the car, that helps too.
For serious man, sell it to me. By the way, what's up dude? Haven't heard from you in a while. Kutsuju's site is done...no one wanted to pay to update, was kind of a ghost town this past year.
Nope... liability only < if that's spelled right. i was on a budget. and yea i have pictures i just have the receipt to the motor. but its her fault and ya. her insurance will folk over some cash. I think imma get a GSR. and then buy a EG si shell later on.
Well, I hope it all works out and good luck with dealing with the other insurance company...
