I love my Gates belt. Ill probably take that back if something goes wrong.
My hatch doesn't have a radio, neither does my daily. lol It sucks sometimes if I forget my ipod. Otherwise headphones ftw. I wear earbuds in the hatch because its soo effin loud.
i respectfully disagree
i think the Toda belt might have saved my motor as i don't think an OEM belt would survive (Toda, Greddy, Power Ent all the same i believe) the damage that the Toda belt has withheld. this belt had 2 track days on it and a year of daily driving (i hardly vtec on the road at all btw)
yah man, all day everyday!
lol, i thought about doing that as well, but it's illegal here to have both headphones in your ear here in Vancouver...you can get a ticket for it. i only use ear plugs when riding my crotch rocket as it's 3 times louder than my WS2 on the car
my advice is to keep an eye on your belt more often that you normally would if you had stock bumpsticks and springs. nothing wrong with OEM belts. if i was to go back to OEM, i would change it twice a year or take out my cams and valvetrain and go back to stock ITR stuff just for peace of mind
oh and i 'fixed' my car audio problem guys. my old Alpine deck (CDA 9815) finally kicked the bucket as the pre-amp circuit is frying itself
i bought a new head unit today and replaced my old one with a newer Alpine 9887 that i got for less than half of it's retail, bnib

Lol I remember that new car smell for the civic when I was still in high school. Unfortunately, it's glue that produces that smell, not the carpet
Congratulations on the new carpet though!
