i know the keyhole is offset from the usdm one, but i have heard the usdm one leaves a small gap, so i would assume the jdm has a larger bottom lip on it or possibly a little taller?

its a small gap
nothing like using a EF front bumper on a US front end
but its a easy fix
just push the US rear filler out a bit
but some people get lucky and don't actually have to.
But you can see some aera where the Center portion of the rear bumper edge is peaking out a lil

you can see it a lil bit on the passenger side of his car.
It is usually on the egdes you can see it
where as on the front end its in the middle

hm... pretty harsh i'd say. so if i am correct you guys bought your cars already fixed up, brand new paint jobs, rims, just basically pretty tricked out from the get go. none of you actually did your own work on your own cars? doubtful. i've seen crappier cars come out and turn into something beautiful. why all the hatred on my ride? it's work in progress. i understand i need some new paint, fenders, and a hood(which were on the car when i bought it) i also understand my exhaust hangs low and crooked. i have the passion to build this car and make it show worthy, i just dont have the funds to do it. i am slowly doing what i can with what i have. this is actually my first honda, and i thought i got a pretty good deal on it since it already had a swap(which looks pretty jacked up, but it runs) i am working slowly, planning what i want to do to the car when i have the funds to do it. i understand being rejected. but damn, they way you guys went about doing it was pretty damn harsh. i didnt even get to post up my own car. a simple no, keeping working on it would have done just fine.

whoa hommie check yourself, many of these cars in this thread started out as a rust bucket worst than yours, and even when the people bought them some what clean they had still put in the wrench time to make them better.

check your facts

maybe you should understand what you read. "so if i am correct you guys bought your cars already fixed up, brand new paint jobs, rims, just basically pretty tricked out from the get go. none of you actually did your own work on your own cars? doubtful." meaning i know that is not the case.

pretty sure the "doubtful" at the end was clear enough. obviously i was wrong. i understand what you are saying. it was worth a try. but i mean to get shut down that bad when i didnt even post my car up in the thread is pretty damn wrong. if i didnt go searching for this thread i would have never known wtf was going on.

that's a response i would have liked to see from the start. encouragement not discouragement. that is all i am saying.

Cliff Notes: I completly know what are you saying but you didn't give us much to work with, on the pictures.

Disclaimer: To many spelling error to correct

!!!GTFO!!!

you obvisously have never heard of the vegabox@Anti-CookieCutterGarageBuildWestCoastShowCar-/1/8Beast build have you

you don't know how much Bullshit I have been through with my build and positive atitude I have given off the whole time around. You can't come in here with a half built car that looks like it needs work asking if you can be on the Sqaud.
The car is not even done yet. Atleast say what you have planned or something
We all know what it is like to have a *** car...but don't exspect someone to give you a way in the freakin air for that car.
Its not even half way done
If you plan on keeping any of the parts on the car atleast make sure they are completely painted and them come back but as it sits right now...

your car needs a hug

We may have been extreme with some of the comments
but thats because your car is extremely ugly
j/k

keep up the good work though seriously
and if you are going to primer your car do it the right.
You're only making a bigger headache for the people who are going to be painting your car later on.

the reason i said that was because someone had the odasity to ask why i bought the car. it was a sarcastic reply i admit. the meaning behind it was simple though. what i meant to say was "why are you hating on what car i chose to buy? 70% of people have bought cars in 10x worse condition or 10x more "riced" out than what i got. so why talk down to me as if i made a bad decision on what I chose to buy? it's MY car. I bought it. it was something I wanted. i know i havent been around this forum for a long time(not even 2 weeks) but even if i had, i would not have said anything along the lines that was said to describe my car to anyone. i have self restraint. i realize it's your car, your money, your decision."

kinda thought you'd get it. maybe next time i try saying something i will explain more thorough. anyways..... guess i got off on a bad start. just kinda upset on the harsh negative feedback. this has opened my eyes and i now feel like i should invest more into the cosmetic aspect of my ride at the same time work on my motor. hope to maybe join later on early next year. ill take all of this as constructive critisism. till next time. peace. gl with the squad. hope it's still alive when i get my whip up to par.
