Then why are you posting in here
Here is some more education for that ***
EF9 where not the only "JDM" civic with SiR front ends.
SiR front ends also came on EF2 and EF1. Which also had car'd engines. Also known as Special Edition. They also came in automatic. Foglights were an option which you could ask for and get with your car from the factory back in 1988-1991. they could alsop be purchased after you left the Honda lot. If you ordered sQaure fogs you would have no problems because it would only require the bumper and brackets. Round fogs on the other hand had to be special ordered and the Bumper support needed to be replaces with the special bumper which supported to fogs. These has the brackets for them already intact on the support itself. Meaning you could not use any old SiR front bumper for circle fogs. Which is why you don't see as many as sQaure fogs.Like I said just because you haven't seen it doesn't mean it doesn't exsist. Your not talking to a newB man. I know my ****. hopefully reading this will help you. don't be so proud to admit when you are wrong. I sure as hell ain't.
And they are used front ends..not new out the box straight from the machine. Which means they do go through some sort of abuse meaning bends and reshaping which can lead to poor fitment. Which means you could come across a front end that does not fit perfect. If you have placed on more then one front end you would know this from first hand experience.
sorry for ranting guys I'm not usually like this but I hate when people act like they know stuff when they honestly don't.

of course you can get it from the dealer after leaving the lot the same way you can pick up any accessory and put it on and i know they are not new parts but why put some abused crap on your car and paint and not do things right
Just want to say wassup to everyone! I want to share some pictures of my CRX taken on my new camera phone. Not the best, but it's most recent I have now. Thanks for all your help answering my questions Vega_Box, you were a big help. As of now, I'm waiting for shipment of the JDM CRX Front End. A lot of labor and money has went into restoring this CRX and it's coming along. Enjoy!

It's not as top condition right now like I wanted it to be, but you should've seen it when I first purchased it. It was poorly abused and was hardly going any where. I only like it because of the clean interior, so I gotta have it. Those are 89 CRX Si seats, very clean condition, except for the small rip/tear on the driver left side lower lumbar area. I'm looking at fixing it, or find some other good condition nice looking one. But it's cool for daily driving right now. I'm no hurry on finishing it up in a rush, do it right the first time.
after looking at ur car for like 10min....LOL..i think u have the same exact model as me? 90-91 crx DX???? pin striping....LOL same color too..even the pin striping is the same...
except u got dat coool steering wheel, arm rest, map lights, and lets not forget the LS.......

Damn you got some good eyes to see those pinstripes. It's 91 DX, only sucks thing is no A/C because it gonna get really hot soon and I don't plan on installing A/C system. Maybe I'll drive another car, I can live without A/C for awhile but it's hot/cold and rain is getting ridiculous.

B20 right??
no need for A/C
just roll down the window and drive faster
how does it feel?
I have been debating between B20 or B16

nnnnnooooooooo
I won't to be able to drive my car 3 years from now w/out any problems
I don't really like touching motors either. I just want something with more power and I'll just do the regular maintenance on it.

It's actually B18A, the previous owner had the valve cover painted to match his car, I didn't like it so put a CRV (B20) valve cover I have laying around. It feel a lot better with this engine than the original D15. More torque, hp, and overall better performances. B20 is definitely a little better than B18, almost identical to the B18. I got this motor for pretty much free because it's from a homeboy Integra, and he totalled it. Only had to spent about $1,000 extra on it since people was pulling spare parts on it before I can get my hand on the engine. Both these engines are notorious for warp head from adjusting valve too tight. I have seen a lot of CRVs at work, and we had to swap out the head. If you ask me, I want more speed. I wanted to intentionally put in a GSR B18C, but this was free so I couldn't pass it up. It was fun, and a lot of learning experience since I put this motor in myself with some help from a buddy. Got it State Ref Bar'ed too. I'm happy with the B18A for now, but I'm planning on upgrading to B18C in the future when I find a good deal on them.
