I can name a handful of EM1s that are stock... The rest have a good set of mods... When you say it needs more, what are you referring to?

What does having 83 members have anything to do with anything? Just curious.

 

having the guidelines makes it something to strive for.

out of all the ef's on h-t there have been 83 that have stood out thus far.

your's in my opinion does not stand out, i see that car everyday on my commute-nothing special.

these rules were based off the EK sqaud with a lil added mods
EF and EM1 are not the same for oneThey are a newer year car and basically don't take a lot to fix up IMO. So they don't needa lot of work to be accepted by other people
EF's on the other hand are +12 year old cars and are not always in the best of condtion
We have some stock looking cars in the sqaud

Wes V for example
other then the motor swap his car looks stock...factory stock.
There is nothing wrong wth having s stock car slighty moded if its hellA clean for one.
Thats all
If you are fixing up your car we can see that and we don't want to by any means push those people away.
On the other note we also don't want to be like other sqauds. That why we have those rules
We gotta have some standards

@ the end of the day it doesn't really matter what we think of your car or if you make the sqaud...because you are the one driving the car and its yours.

but your car shouldn't be built just for the sqaud..we are just aknowleging those that we like with a number and a sticker

I'm building my car for what I want anyways. Other cars give me ideas but I will NEVER do anything because someone else says its cool or not cool. nope, not me.

Also, Kylesir whatever, I don't see how your car sticks out all that much either? It's a EF with nice paint, wheels, and JDM front... something ANYONE can do with the right amount of money... Thats why I bought a nice bodied EF so I can start to work my way up without having to deal with doing body work... If I sell my coupe, then maybe I will look "different" than everyone else even though EVERYTHING in the Honda game has been done...

he may have said it in a "unpleasent" way but its pretty much true
If you look @ most of the cars int he squad they have atleast one thing original about it that makes it stand out

so we are not like every other sqaud letting everyone who has the same car in.

& I also just noticed, as I was scrolling threw the first page pics, there are ZERO superior blue hatches... I think that 4 door possibly is but not sure.

Your car is pretty clean for sure, can't wait to see that boosted LS in there .

Dang, looking back the car's come such a long way. A year ago I never even gave thought to a JDM front or any of the parts I have on the car right now . I just wanted to keep it 100% stock and clean...now it's full suspension, cage, soon-to-be H2b, etc., etc. haha. Hitting that bobcat going 75 down the 1 was the single greatest turning point in my ED7's life .

top fuel stroked b16 that made 193whp before i parted it out.

it also had a handful of oddball rarity pieces that unless you saw it in person you would never have picked up on.

i also had a black si that had a mini-me in it that is not pictured in the squad listing as it was my beater.

as far as your car goes-as it sits my vote is no. the second you put some wheels on it (anything but 13 inch steels) and get the bumpers black i would be leaning towards yes. you have a very nice chassis...do something with it.

My car looks a million times different than it does in my squad pictures, but since it hasnt left my garage since then i havent posted new one. But very soon, verrrrry soon.

I'm NOT doing wheels right now, only LS meshes. but it's not like joining this squad is going to make or break me... Also, you make it seem like I've never been around high hp N/A cars. My steelies are 14s BTW. & if you read the thread for the 235097209357 time, MY BUMPERS ARE NOW BLACK!
