alright guys, heres an idea that might work? might not. amber corners : i cant find krylon stained glass orange spray anywhere so a buddy of mine suggested this : take crx amber corners, bake em so the lens come off, then outline the wagon lens with crx lens, and shave away until perfect fitment. then krazyglue back on. does it sound ridiculous? or is it a good idea

no, i bought mine EDM style...

the user that did them was user-name akiraboy both here on HT and on
hondacivicwagon.com... he replace the orange part with the clear part
cut down to the right size from a crx with a rotozip i believe... then like
you said- re-glued it back together... I havent seen him on either in quite
a while...

ooo'
and i just checked his thread on HCW and most of the pic links are dead...

hope i helped...

i think it might be harder to do what you are trying to do; which is making them all
amber- and then you would actually have to cut the bend in the lens as well...

you guys remember my brothers wagon he sold back in January..

its almost 1 year that the wago was traded. going through craiglist we found a post with a wago but no pictures. all the information provided seems to be my brothers old wagon. so we hit him up and he sent some pix..and so it turns out it is my brothers wagon!! odd thing is, its still under my brothers name -.-

the car, when sold, was 0bd0 B20Vtec in great running condition and was taking care of for 4 years, 10/10. exterior was clean besides one dent on the driver fender and clear coat fades, 8/10. interior was 10/10.

so we went to check out the car because my brother is considering trading his EK for it back due to all the memories and **** done to the car. deal was my brother takes his rims, lips, duckbill, and deck out and trade for the wagon and the dude adds $1000 on top cause my brothers car is Bar'd B16. his mind is in the EK but his heart is in the wago. he misses his wagon too much and does not want someone keep messing it up.

now we arrive to see the wagon.. stunned. exterior was about 5/10. its been hit at the rear left door (not the door but the 2in panel before the wheel where the small side molding goes) that door does not open unless pryed. the bumpers. the front was the same an rear was not. it has rear diffusers on it as well. they tried to paint matched the bumpers 90-91 style (like my sedan) where the the molding is black and above it is the same color as the car (which is suppose to be black as well) clear coat fade is the same. the dent on the fender is still there. the Fog lense is broken..well not even there anymore. the corner light lenses isnt there anymore. motor to my surprise is the same motor we put in. even has my mounts in there! only thing they did was add an intake and took off the heatshield. the wiring was HACKED so bad cause they was trying to make it 0bd1. never seen messy wiring like that in my life!! they eliminate so many sensors and car is throwing codes. interior was like 8/10. its the same as we left it but a lil dirty in the back seat otherwise its good. car now has Tein Dampers as well. the exhaust is still the same but instead of being straight back like we did. it now goes over the pass. LCA and the N1 sticks out of the bumper about 6 inches and burning it.

my brother was about 90% to trading his EK..when he saw the car it dropped to about 70% and the rear dmg took down to 60%. the dude is gonna try and fix the rear dmg and my brother will give him an answer about it. i too miss the wagon. we are tying to get the dude to do $1500 on top as is cause none the less hes gaining and we are loosing out. upgrading a wago with B20Vtec that WE put together to a Bar'd EK with mods.

hopefully my brother makes a right choice and get what he feel is right to make the trade equal.

yea hes been looking. so many people that has a wagon for sale always leave info out (i dont know why people do that) we get down there and there is alot of **** that you know..makes you change your mind. as of right now..there isnt too much good wagons out there especially when people are asking $2500 and up for running condition! and under $1000 for beat to **** wagons. its a good deal if the dude will add 1500 on top and my brother keeps the parts off the EK. his wagon was perfectly functional car until sold where the idiots went ahead and messed everything up and sold to another dude which is his nightmare. i mean we can get everything back the way it is. i could do body and paint. my brother and i could rewire everything back to obd1 and the car would be back in the family.

my brother does not have the time to swap another motor although it does take us like half a day. he does not have the money to do this all over again neither.

we will see how things go.

i dont blame the current owner. i blame the 1st dude we traded the car with. i already knew he would do something stupid and what was done is beyond stupid. he had claim that he did all the stuff to the car and the car is well known that my brother and i built it. i have a thread here on the wago from when it was stock to how we sold it.

throwbacks when we was "B20Brothers"

then we was B20Vtec Brothers until he sold his car

he wants to race his wagon again like old times. seeing people's faces when they see a wagon out at track with a baby seat!

we even drove it a few hundred miles from San Jose to Reno in the Snow!! made it there and back without a single problem! went up there 4x4 status and chained!

fun times.
