I will definitely try this and wash them first too if the original finish is still there, that would be nice

We do our best

OK EIBACH NEWS UPDATE!!!!

1 - I'm still waiting for a reply from the organisers BUT from what I've understood <U>"primered cars" or dailys in bad shape</U> will NOT be let in the parking lot. This is not yet confirmed.

2 - The expensive tickets are $20 final. There are no $30 tickets.

3 - Macho is taking care of the purchase for us. He is only allowed to buy 10 tickets. Whoever finally makes it to our 10 spot list <U>please forward him your money beforehand</U>. Whoever doesn't have paypal will be covered for but you will be in debt to him.

4 - All communication between dSoc and the organisers will be through me or Macho. Ben, Ryan and Matt have hundreds of people to deal with already - lets cut them some slack.

5 - IF you should have something bad or inflammatory to say - keep it to yourselves. IF you don't like the situation - no one forced you to attend.

6 - Some of you may be left out of the parking lot - I would appreciate that you are all gentlemen and <U>find a compromise between you guys as to who gets in the 10 pack deal and who's independent</U>. The organisers have set some rules, we HAVE TO RESPECT THEM.

If I'm forgetting something - I'll update later. If I'm not online as much these days it's because I wake up very early in the morning and I'm at work. I check for PMs and MSN messages constantly - so if you have any queries - hit me up.

You could always WASH your car... I know it's a tough concept for you to grasp but it's possible. Besides we got another blank spot with Jimmy out.

Notice how J gets insulted at the very idea of placing a sponge on his car.

Lesson of the day - be carefull what you say cause other tribes might get the wrong idea!

Remember the proper way is to cut down the lenght of your arm for proper results.

I'd take on that bet if you could bring your car to my house.

Old paint - before wax and buff.

you'd have lots of fun washing, waxing, and buffing a practically flat painted car theres a lot less coating on the car than you think there is. thats why trying to go to the extreme to wash it, is not worth it. when the time comes, new paint will come into play.

Saltless mountain water, german car care products, & buffer go a loooooooooong way!

Now my arsenal consists of claybar, some Mothers goodies, 2000 & 2500 grit sand paper and some polishing compounds from 3M... I'm just waiting for the weather to get better. Every weekend has been pretty shitty.

During the Spring/Summer/Fall I spend 6 to 9 hours every Sunday detailing the Sol with my friend. This winter we got strong winds from the North that kills your hands.

I've seen EF's in just as bad condition as yours brought back to life with a very light wetsanding. I'm not overexagerating. Besides if you're going for paint you got nothing to lose either.
