del Sol thread v 2.0!
hey guys, anyone know where i can find REAL Mugen body parts? such as front and rear bumpers and side skirts. idk if Mugen even makes rear bumpers tho...
Mugen never made a rear bumper. As far as front bumpers and wings... ebay. Or the occasional Mugen ***** will throw up a wing for sale. Sides skirts on the other hand. Forget it, you'll be hard pressed to find a set.
yea i figured. i can find Mugen "styled" stuff but no actual Mugen products. O well back to plan A - stock. Also, anyone know the difference between the del sol S, Si and SiR?

Went to San Juan for the Electric Daisy Carnival and spent the night at a hotel. Parked my car in a good spot right in front of the entrance annnnddd.... Got my front lip jacked... =@. So upset w/ fools that can't buy their own stuff and feel the need to steal other peoples crap even if its just a "$60 "spoon" ebay lip. =/
Worst part is... it'll probably end up on a Hyundai or an Echo. =D Hope their car gets totaled.

damn bro thats shitty but true. Had my car side swiped one night from a drunk spic running from the cops in a stolen van. 300 bucks away from being totaled, but hey full coverage and 1800 bucks later my whole sol has no dings and is Nighthawck Black Pearl with 15% more flake so worked out for me. Worst thing it was early sunday morning and i was awake when it happened and decided not to go outside and check it out and watched the guy run right passed my window... not a good waske up call.
Ghetto *** people that can't afford to buy their own ****... Had my side markers jacked awhile back... WTF is that??? Cheap *** ****... Yea I feel sorry for those people
hey mugen-k (bad *** del sol, i checked out ur links) from the pics ive seen of the traction bars theyre under the front end but ive read some descriptions and they say theyre under the back and replace the lower control arms.
"A traction bar for use in stiffening the rear suspension systems of vehicles which utilize coil springs as part of their suspension system with a pair of traction bars being used in place of the lower control arms." - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1993-...Q5fAccessories
also i do have energy torque mount inserts w/urethane weld to keep then in there as well as the zip-ties that come with them, the traction bars still a good idea?
