Honda has lifetime seatbelt warrantees. Take your car to the dealer and they will fix it free of charge, even if it needs to be replaced.

Yep. Mine were just kind of hanging there when I got out of the car instead of retracting normally like they should, and I read online that they will replace them for free. I called up my local dealer and it was true. First they scheduled me for a seatbelt cleaning, but that didn't help so they ordered me new seatbelts and I came back like a week later and got them replaced. Would have cost $370 in parts alone if there wasn't a warranty.

It should be any Honda dealership. Not sure about Canada but I wouldn't doubt it. Call them up and ask.
