hey dsoc havent posted in a while due to being busy converting a 2 gen eclipse from fwd to AWD but today i was able to do a lil on my del sol so i started by retinting my light and was hit with an idea.....

i have been thinking or adding a rear fog to my car but wasnt sure what still or how i would do it. well heres what i came up with
JayS-dm Del sol rear fog

normal running lights

with rear fog light on

inspired by the eg6 rear fog still havent decided if im ganna do both side or just keep the one.

let me know what you guys think

i like the idea and creativity cause its something I could see myself coming up with as well

but honestly, i think most people are going to think you just have lighting issues or wonder why one brake light is always one and the other one is out you know

just my first reaction is all

not sure how the eg6 fog works but think cause it has 2 piece one on the trunk/hatch/gate it works for that car

basically why the edm one is on the panel, to separate it i guess if that makes sense

but thats just my opinion

i've gotten crap about my rear lower fog and how it looks like underglow lights or something but w/e, i like it and will do until I do the edm or bumper fog

thats the same dilema i was haveing after doing this, but i just wanted something different but clean until i choose what fog light i was ganna go with. but ill mainly use this one when im in fog or rain or at night, not all the time driving.
the main problem with rear fog is no one realy know what the are they just see a red light and are light must be a brake light.

Just try a rear bumper fog so I can see what it looks like

No one really does know what it is and not only confuse people but bother them snce it's bright which why it's not recomended unless it foggy enough where it's necessary

I tried to aim my toward the ground more as well a move it up and tuck it out of the way so it's stealth and can see the undercarriage better

Since everyone else is posting pics I thought I'd post some that I took today. It was a nice day so I cleaned her all up, got her inspected/emissions done, and took some pics. Oh and I just got my splash guards on. If I would have known that they would have set the car off the way the did I would have done it a long time ago.

haha I know it sucks. its really old (like 5 years) bought it from ebay annnddd one time my good friend and tuner forgot to latch my hood completely and I drove downt he road and it flipped back and broke...so I attempted to fiberglass it and thats how it turned out. I'm going to get another one here soon....might get an oem hood and trunk for when I get it painted.
