I had those on for a while and they are once again a great all season tire that gets great wear. However I had BF Goodrich Traction T/As (another all season tire) and those griped a lot better with no protest from the tires. However If I were slammed I would go with the ASX simply because the wear pattern was perfect.
What are your current alignment settings now by teh way? camber shouldnt be a big deal but front and rear tow is. Generally speaking factory is best unless you want to chew through tires once a month.

What's going on ******. HOLY **** IT'S COLD IN FLORIDA!!!!!!!!!
For the tire situation, I agree with the other guys. The neo gens are a good street tire and good for camber wear but for performance forget about it. I don't know what your budget is but I have Toyo proxes on my Sol and they handle the rain like nothng. I'm very confident with them in corners to. Very good all season tire if you ask me.

He bought cf fenders to keep himself from painting the car white.
But imo that RSX is WAYYY more ballin than my sol..

Back to tire talk again huh? I could of sworn I killed the subject with my question. but yay! Love hearing the opinions as I still haven't made any purchases yet
Thats such a general question. Find out what YOU want out of the tire/what you will use it for, than get back to me and ill tell you.
True story. Thats what I did and got a straight answer. Didn't help decide 100% but was very helpful and learned a lot of things I didn't know if I never asked

What are your current alignment settings now by teh way? camber shouldnt be a big deal but front and rear tow is. Generally speaking factory is best unless you want to chew through tires once a month.
qft...thats what really wears done tires quick
I'm lucky enough to adjust front castor too because of my traction bar

I was worried about doing the rear tow cause of the trailing arm bolts, but they were pretty much corporative
Need a new alignment bad and haven't got one since before the suspension and wheel upgrade/change
want to get new tires cause I want to, not cause i have to
I had the proxies on the volks and I agree about them in the rain...never a problem ever (maybe the new owner can vouch or protest to that)
Good value for a long lasting reliable tire...but not a performance tire at all unfortunately
Hmm....really making me considering going with these after hearing nothing but good things and that they are quite comparable to other performance tires
i'm sure it was big change from the proxies for sure...
but myself I have s.drives that I like so far but haven't really seen what they can do yet...I'd recommend them (and so would the others here that have them I'm sure) as a very good balance and overall nice tire...not as sticky but good performance and long life (haven't really seen it yet but this is what I've heard)
not sure about rain yet and think they'd be decent at the track (auto-x and drag)
Looking to keep 2 of those in the back and a performance up front for the track...as of now its going to be the azenis mainly on the fact I can get them easiet and cheapest...so many other second choices/other options though that I'm trying to explore the price to see if its worth the extra and if I need it
Also I need to know how to play with my dampening as well...I know I will have it stiffened all the way and probably raised/tightened as well at the track to eliminate squatting which was the main reason for buying new suspension in the first place
but for the street or auto-x I have yet to learn what would be ideal settings and how to adjust based on feeling feedback
Right now I have it as soft as it will go (without hitting the strut bar) in the front and all the way up and out in the back for super soft easy ride just to take bumps as easy as possible, which my old suspension wouldn't do at all
I think I have 10k in the front and 12K in the rear as well?

Off the subject a little but someone just traded in a 2009 SL63 to my dealership with only 193 miles. This guys is so stupid rich it makes me sick. They just moved it into the showroom a little bit ago. It sounds so mean!!!!! I'll try to post up some pics tonight.

Haha, What suspension is on your car Wray? I havent asked I dont think. </TD></TR></TABLE>
nothing crazy, original function/forms (10k/6k) asr/itr rear sway, stock front sway, strut bars/etc
(like that really matters
)
and back to tires. its all about what your using your car for, like ive suggested before, for a spirited daily, and with decent grip, great wear in mind, i LOVE my s.drives. hankook rs2's were another option, and are fairly sticky
sounds like you just need to step up from all seasons to a decent tire.. atleast..

Ok from what I see your Caster and Camber are fine up front, (no need for a camber kit if you dont want one unless you are getting one to help correct the rubbing.)
IMO toe on the front should be 0. Toe on the rear should be slightly tow out if you want turn in a little crisper (read: snap happy) Slightly toe in if you want the car to track straighter. Maybe a couple of washers to bring the rear camber out a degree.
As far as the understear issue you have with power on out of turns how quickly are you getting on the throttle and in what gear?
Andy, Jon, got anything different/better?

Don't think they could get the toe in the front any better.
Generally if I'm just cursing around with some friends i'll keep it in 3rd for the turns.
I guess its hard to judge online, i'd have to shoot a video or something so you can get better idea...

sounds like when i installed my turbo kit, then burnt the clutch during tuning, changed clutches. Spun a bearing with the turbo and then swapped motors.
