so i got a quote on getting a new hood and having it painted black from a guy on my local board. he quoted me about $100. sounds like a hell of a deal to me. so i was thinking of painting a few other things black to add some contrast to the car. what do you guys think? ?

oh and i may trade my current wheels for some 16in mint bronze slips. if not, i'm going to sell them and have the SIs polished and rock them for a while.

time for some vodka and OJ. i'll be around ALLLLL night. heh.

hahahaha thanks dude..not sure if you remember, but its the same cage that used to be red a while back..i took it out for a while, got it chromed, then went back in

Dodger blue has already been done...Do something that nobody has done, like that Chevy sunburnt orange color...(used for an example, please don't use that color it's ugly)

Met with Jon (WrongWD) tonight and he gave me a ride in his Sol...that thing's pretty sweet with the new turbo setup.

haha too bad i had that lame *** rev limiter on... it was good to finally meet you though; i hope that tranny works out well for you!

i just got into a little bout a few minutes ago with a new Mazdaspeed 3.... let's just say it's not as fast as my car

so i know my car at least does 0-60 in less than 5.4 or whatever, and it's at least a mid 13 second car........

But only the mid-pipe is modified, the muffler is not modified at all


The upper was my wannabe Twin Loop


Difference between the EG2 OEM en DC2 Mugen mid-pipe

Twin Loop, tip is a bit long, but realy acceptable

Thanks mang and I wish this upon none of you how much you guys pissed me off in the beginin.. LOL.
But seriously

it sux's man especially when it the car is your first and it means so much to you. I love this car so much.. and when I put it out there that it was my last conection to my father it was and is.
He was the one who put me onto the the del sol.
If I had my way I would be in a CRX.
But anyways I thankful he thought about safty and made me pay for a peice of it because we had so much fun in that thing..
I mean he used to take my car to work without telling me.
He would race the **** out of my car in the morning on his way to work..
The funnest thing he probably ever told me was that he beat a Ferrari inot the first corner of the 110 in my sol one morning and just smoked down the 110 till the 5.. Because he didn't have the *****..

But there were more storyies of high end cars and he just took them just the greatest stories ever.
So don't ever underestimate your sol

 

hey aaron, you should build the sol that honda never did and as far as I know no one has done it yet: 93 dash, 97 front, b16 motor, mugen wing and then paint it samba green (the more I see it the more I like it)

 

you gotta go with the 97 interior too. I love the all black, and dye the upper panels black too, with some leather seats. That would look badass.
