Dropped teh sol a little more, and painted the factory center caps H red.
New paint on the rear bumper. still need a trunk lid, which im going to get from the parts car im buying
So i decided to pull my side skirts yesterday and check out how bad the rust could be. its worse than i thought, Im kind of discouraged about it. however, I will be picking up a 93 sol si for 750 bucks that runs and drives. so im a little excited about that, only sucky part is it has MORE rust than mine on the quarter panels and rocker panels.

I'm likin it what u doing to it...r u going to drop it a bit more...??? dammit why is it we can get those deals here in jax 750 for a running del sol...never not in a million years...i need to go to michigan.,........ lol

The only reason im getting it for 750 bucks, is because i work with the guy. and he just wants extra cash towards another car. the car truly is rusted pretty badly on the quarter panels. it has fiberglass z3 fenders, and crappy headlights. doors are dinged a little bit. other than that. it runs great, d16z6 with 220k miles. SI.
So the plan is to take the rear disc, pull the motor/trans. and rebuild for boost. then in the spring, swap the z6 with boost into my red sol. then sell the del sol shell with all the body parts i didnt need/want. oh, and its a 93 too. so i may swap the dash =P.
On a side note, i might be in the market for a minty del sol shell, with NO rust on it whatsoever. doesnt have to have anything inparticular, I will have 2 cars 2 pull parts from if i find a shell.
