Well you figure the seller takes 1-2 business days to ship it out, and you have to wait usually 5-7 business days... I guess it depends on the seller's terms and when you actually won the auction. You should have contacted the seller first before paying him anything.

So I've read and caught up, but not responded yet....

Cause first and foremost I'd like to thank wray, or atleast I am 99% sure its wray, or 1% thinking it was sasha, anyways if i'm wrong don't sue me

Here's why:

So I'm finally home with the del sol...woo-hoo!!

After I passed in my test I hopped in the car, which was already packed and ready to go, and headed straight home...

When I got home, I wasted no time at all, except to grab a bite to eat, and went to get reaquainted with the sol...
Plus I had packages needed to open.

anyways, I was getting started and was pretty excited and frantic as you can imagine
so many things to do and not sure where to start

alright, so point of the story...
had to get something out of the trunk
lifted the latch to pop it
and as usual it was acting up
First try wasn't successful and walked all the way to the back of the car and it was still locked
usually it takes a couple tries and a "fonzi" type finese/skill to open it

THEN i remember a while ago how I had complained about my trunk latch and tried everything from replacing the cable and trying different settings on the latch.
And Wray (i'm pretty sure) said try to adjust to black rubber *****

Somehow recalling this memory this afternoon I tried it and now my trunk works beautifully!!!
pops like a champ!!!

So thank you wray (or whoever else it really was and deserves the credit) for fixing a problem that has bothered me for ages

that was a typo
I edited it
I meant to say black rubber *****

They are the same thing on the rad support for the hood
except for the trunk they are actually in the trunk

they look like this:

the thing next to the hood pin...
there are the same things on the underside of the trunk...

you just twist them out and it adjust the height on each side
so easy a caveman could do it
so what does that say about me for not figuring it out myself? LOL
