Bad ground blew the main relay...
Does the fuel pump prime at all when you turn the key?

Under the dash near the drivers floor/dead pedal...
It's grey and has 1 harness of wires clipped into it from the bottom... It is held on with 1 10mm nut...

I dont hear it priming... just silence, and the seatbelt beeper beeping. But i could never hear it on my friend's CRX either. I do hear the main relay click though.... maybe a little delayed?

Don't be fooled... A good set of static springs can easily out perform a bad set of adjustable coil-over style springs... It's more about vehicle balance than having a sweet expensive set of coil-overs... Have your car corner balanced and talk to King Motorsports about the kind of driving you do and what would work out best for you...

No... The fuse block has like 15 fuses and 4 wire harnesses attached to it... The main relay is attached to the inside side of the vehicle near where your dead pedal is, not directly under the dashboard but still near-ish the fuse box...

Check all cabin fuses first... Check all under-hood relays and fuses second... That means even those large block style fuses that are screwed down, as those are meant to be the first line of defense to avoid damaging the ECU or other sensors in the event of a current spike...
Replace if necessary...
Retest fuel pump priming...
Replace main relay if necessary... Should be the same for all EG/EK style Civic platform Hondas...

Someone said it could be the ecu grounds as well...</TD></TR></TABLE>
Yes it should match up just fine...
If you didn't move the ECU around, chances are that's not the case... I've started and ran cars with the ECU not even bolted down just to take it for a test run, so I doubt this to be the case...

I couldnt find anything near the dead pedal. I searched google for "CRX main relay" and found this:

I found something like this on the fuse block, and prceeded to crack it when i pulled real hard on it trying to get it out of the fuse block.... wasnt able to get it out.

It is still clicking: i can feel / hear it. It clicks once when i turn on the car, it clicks again shortly after when the seatbelt light comes on, it clicks again a little more softly when i crank over the car and try to start it.
YEAH!! I should be picking up omnipower coilovers thursday and get my omnipower clutch master cylinder this week. so I should be selling my agx shocks and arospeed coilover springs.

I know its real, it says main relay right on it. It wasnt secured by anything
