hey, hey, hey...I rock the sunken battle ship look ....that'll change soon enogh though....anyone know if a -20 offset will stick out on the stock body of a sol?

the only hub adapters I can find are 25mm, which would give me a -20 offset....I don't want to go with spacers over 5mm(and even then I've heard of problems) </TD></TR></TABLE>

-20?

hell yeah it would..

do you mean -20 or +20? either way it'll stick out, but a -20 is just unheard of. running wheels with that offset will even make those cholos with Daytons seem like they're running normal offsets.

tell me what you're trying to do again,im kinda confused after re-reading that..

u want ur racing harts to be more flush?
you can just run hubcentric spacers 5/10/15mm's safely as long as you run extended lugs?

although extended lugs are not necassary for a 5mm spacers, theyre of course recommended..the general rule of thumb is to at least be able to get 7 full turns on the stud..I got 7 full turns with a 6.5mm spacer,so I should be able to get a couple more with the 5mm and be fine. wish me luck

jimmy was showing me some spacers that all ready come with studs bolted in,dont know what website that was on though..

well the most popular ones are the +43 and +38s so i'm assuming you got the +43 if they're hella sunken in. 15x7 or 15x6.5?

exactly....I want them to be as wide as possible without sticking out

they are a 45 offset

I could've sworn the offset on my wheels was -45 is it + 45? oops LOL

macho you are my hero
(saved it to favorites so I now know TCSsportline makes them )

so SPACERS are safe so long as I run extended studs?

I think adapters would be safer though....especially since I know I want at least 10mm might need as high as 20mm(gap looks bigger in the rear)

thanks

I meant +45 offset I just want it to be much more flush than it is

I plan on rolling the fenders, plus I'm not slammed like some of the people in here, just low enough to have only an even or up to a 2 finger gap depending on what I feel like doing height wise

yeassir.

yeah adapters might be safer,I never really looked into it,but spacers are definetly A ok as long as you have extended studs to compromise for the extra tread you need to get ur lugs on properly

damn that looks hott. the front wheel is perfect IMO, if I get spacers I want to l.ook just like that, ....but for the rear maybe not as far out as that one(looks like it sticks out a little)

you mean +45 and yes, spacers + extended studs = safeness.

i just remembered that Pep Boys actually sells spacers that you might be interested in Seany...i don't remember the size per say, but it made my +45 Regas nearly flush with the fender. here's a picture with the Regas and rear spacers:

oh **** you ran those?

I only saw one size,so that was probably it..

I think it said 1/4 of an inch..after converting it to MM"s it turned out to be 6.3 I believe..

I test fitted those and they worked fine..I got 7 full spins from the lugnut..but it gave me more room than I needed,so I opted to go for a 5mm just to be even safer

you ran those on stock studs right?
