ive never seen any del sols at the local track events. hoestly how well do they handle?

 

tough to say, im not pro enough to tell... but depending on the drivers, ive kept up with some kick *** cars... see vids on page 1

 

im not a pro either. i just like learning to drive and buying neat suspension parts

 

hell yeah! my del sol is on hold currently.... looking into an EF hatch that i'm not afraid to crash

 

need comments on "my sol's life" link in my sig...much appreciated

 

the only thing i have to worry about crashing into is cones and a lil wax will fix that problem

i cant do autocrosses.... if im not doin minimum 115 on the straight then standing on the brakes, it just doesnt do it for me

ive done both and havent noticed a major difference.... some sanctioning bodies allow top off, other require it to be on

my reasoning for having it off was that its 22 lbs off the top of the car, and less chance of my helmet banging against the side of it.... my seat rides too high still

if you're good enough, you dont hit cones im not trying to say im the ****, but the first and only time i did it (in my s-10 ) i didnt hit a single cone, but i had the one of the best times in my life
