and good news guys! i'm sending the car to the shop this weekend so they can check all the wiring, and install all the other misc. crap.. i really don't have time to mess with it.. i might be able to get it tuned sunday too...


i'll keep you guys updated!.. i'm shooting for 190 whp on stock gsr cams. and about 130 ft/lbs on 81.5 with stock gsr stroke

Well sad news from me this morning guys. I think the DB has oficially called it quits on me. Motor started knocking really bad this morning out of nowhere. Started out quiet but i pretty much knew what was happening so i just tried to make it to school. But by the time i got there the car was overheating, knocking, oil pressure was going nuts, and there was a massive screeching and grinding noise as i flew into the nearest spot i could find on campus. It cut off as i pulled in, and i just took the key out of the ignition, gathered my books, and walked off to class. I still ahven't gone to check it out mainly because i don't wanna see the carnage that probably awaits me. I doubt i can even crank it over to move it out of the HANDICAP spot i parked in!! So looks like i'm pushing it somwhere... maybe off a cliff.

It just sucks when you put so much time and money into a car and everything just goes to **** after a few years.

Yeah i wish the car was worth spending the money for a swap but its not. And with all the **** thats happened here recently with it, i'm not sure i wanna spend the money for an engine in a junk car! I've already done that once buying the 7 different sets of wheels i've put on the car. I'm thinking i may just find a stock LS bottom end and slap it on, or sad to say.... It way just be time to move on to something else

Looks like i wont be putting mine that i've had in the trunk for more than 3 years will probably be up for sale. Shoot me a reasonable offer for it and who knows, it may just end up getting sent out to you.

Yeah thanks dude. I do feel pretty shitty but he's right. I may be looking to part it out. If you guys start giving me offers it may just come true. Unfortunatly i will probably be losing the most fantastic investment i ever made. The Volks may be up for sale or trade for a vehicle + cash on my part. So if any of you have or know of anyone selling a DEPENDABLE Honda please let me know.
