i need help so with the bike racks umm how dus it hold on b/c it cant go by the window or if u clouse the door your window will brake... so can some one plez tell me how it works and ware i can buy one plez help

i used subaru holder to hold the rack, cause subarus have same window style, its closing perfectly, but i cant put my windows visors back

 

so if you have a bike rack you cant have visors?

Well visors are nice, but i like the rack more, but if ill ever get the rack off, the visors are getting back on!

It honestly is a bitch! Not the worst but it does suck! I imagine it would only be about half the work I just got done doing if you had a donner car sitting next to yours to pull from. I bought the trany with less than 100k miles, shift linkage, peddles, clutch cable, & manual starter from my local wrecking yard for $450. You'll still need a fly wheel, clutch, auto to manual trany mount from innovative mounts (the mount was about $110 and it's so much easier and cleaner looking than just using longer bolts & building up washers like some guys have done), new cv-shafts (might as well replace em since u have them out). I think that's about it. Someone correct me if I missed something. I've got about $1500 or lil more just into my auto to manual swap cuz I didn't have a parts car, also I tried to buy new if I could. But the swap could be done closer to about $600-$800 depending on deals you get. ONE THING THO! IT WAS DEFIANTLY WORTH IT!!!! (P.S. make sure your trany has clutch cable bracket and you don't need to use a manual ecu, just cross a couple wires from the auto shifter and run two new wires from neutral/park to the manual trany for reverse lights.)
