No numbers today from the track, guys. I'll keep everyone updated. We got rained out, unfortunately. Rescheduled for tomorrow, but I can't go. Maybe next weekend.

nope ... your (our) government sucks...
that car would outsell everything...
they aren't letting that here

however you can import the engine and swap it in...
there are a few Left-hand drive markets out there
Germany,Phillipines i know for sure...

iDSI (dual spark ignition) vtec-e L-series engine is not being offered in america
conflict of interest...
they dont want to reduce emissions now do they...???
oops i mean lean out their wallets
go america

oops my bad...
the iDSI engine is an 8 valve engine...there is no vtec-e
i guess the 1.5 vtec L-series is actually vtec-e technology...
but it still doesn't break the outstanding fuel mileage barrier in my book...

Well, I got a 92 Civic LX last month and the stock motor/trans is terrible. I already have the EX tranny and will put it in soon.

I was thinking about putting an A6 head on it, then adding bolt ons. But I also have a d16z6 in pieces in the basement and a comlpete VX motor in the garage. Maybe I should go sohc vtec...

Question, do the VX and Z6 head have the same distributor bolt patterns????

Also, how low would the c/r be if I put a Z6 head on the stock VX shortblock?

AWESOME topic, I'm IN!!!!!!!

z6 head on z1 bottom end is like 7.9:1 or so depending on head gasket and stuff. z6 and z1 dizzy is the same bolt pattern as well.

Default movies!

If your bored, and want to see the performance of a completly stock HX (is does have a intake, but thats it, everything else is stock), then watch this video. Its not bad for a stock car getting 38 mpg with over 223,000 miles on it.
